The topic is vast with too much to say within one hour.
I dl’ed and /or purchased all prescribed materials to prepare for Ari’s discourse. I am mind mapping these materials for better comprehension and organizational purposes, as well. I will do the same for the prescribed learning materials in his deck.
I got a sense that Ari could have spoke for a few days on the topics presented, but had to keep such topics focused for the one hour presentation.
Descaling with LeSS is important, but once the teams are hopefully self-organized, the team development is just as important to support the incremental MVP.
