This data privacy policy page explains how this site uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of this website and subscribers to the newsletter (Agile Flyer). This privacy policy applies to the site and all products and services offered by KSTS Consulting.
Collection of Personal Information

We do not collect any personal identification information from our users when they visit this site, and people are welcome to visit the site anonymously.  There are only three (3) ways in which we can explicitly receive your contact information and in all the three cases, a receipt would be initiated by you:

  1. You submit a question/comment using a form submission (at bottom of almost every web page)
  2. You place a comment at the bottom of any of the blogs we have on the site
  3. You email to us directly, requesting a subscription to Agile Flyer
Non-personal identification information
We don’t intentionally collect any non-personal identification information about our visitors, when they interact with our site. By non-personal identification information, we refer to browser version, type of computer, and technical information about users’ means of connection to our site, such as operating system, internet service provider and similar information.
Cookies

This site may use ‘cookies’ to enhance user experience and improve browsing. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. How we use collected information

We may collect and use subscribers’ personal information only for the following two (2) purposes:

  1. To reply directly, via email, to your question/inquiry, submitted through the above-mentioned channels
  2. To add your email to Agile Flyer Distribution List (DL). Please note, that we will not add your email address to Agile Flyer DL without your explicit permission to do so.  Once you agree to receive Agile Flyer DL, KSTS robot ? will send you an invitation to opt in. You will be always able to opt out at any point in time in a future.
How we protect your information
We exercise very safe data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, by using DreamHost Announcement Lists facility.
Sharing your personal information
We never share, sell or trade your personal identification information with anyone.
Changes to this privacy policy
We have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage our users to frequently check this page for any changes, to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
