Today’s session was about Causal Loop Diagrams (CLD). You may read more about CLDs here. We discovered why the behavior of a large development group (a system) not understood or guided skillfully. We used principles of complex positive (+) and negative (-) feedback loops and nonlinear behavior to understand relationships in large systems. We talked about Quick Fixes, Constraints, Opposite and Delayed Effects.
